The Lajcheddu is made solely from Moscato grapes and has a straw-yellow color with visible golden reflections. An interplay of sweet aromas and the taste of dried grapes, accompanied by overripe yellow fruits and pleasant notes of dried fruits, make this Passito a perfect match for cheese and dry pâtisserie.

Lajcheddu
The location of the producing vineyards for the Lajcheddu is in an optimal pedoclimatic position for drying the grapes directly on the vine. The vinification process is carried out with a pre-fermentative maceration followed by softly pressing the grapes.
Subsequent refinement takes place for 18 to 20 months in French oak barrels with a capacity of 550L. The wine concludes its evolution through bottle aging.
