How does payment via PayPal work?

The payment via PayPal allows you to pay with your debit or credit card (Amex, Direct, UnionPay, Diners, Visa, or MasterCard) even without a PayPal account. This way, we ensure that your payment information is not stored. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you also have the option to pay through it.How does payment via PayPal work?

Do I need to be registered to order from 7Tappi?
No, registration is not necessary. You can also simply order products from us as a guest.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity at 7Tappi. To be eligible for free shipping, the minimum order value of 120.00€ needs to be reached. You can find more information under the shipping information.
What if my wine is corky?
So-called cork taint can arise, among other things, through a chemical reaction, such as during the bottling process (oxidation). Unfortunately, consumption is no longer possible in such cases. If you have received a corked wine, we kindly ask you to inform us through our customer service. The best way to contact us is through our contact form. To receive a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Please return the wine to us so that we can conduct an examination. The shipping costs for the return will be covered by 7Tappi. You will receive the return label via email.
  2. An examination of the wine is only possible if the wine bottle is still filled up to at least half, which corresponds to a minimum of 0.5 liters. Please ensure that the wine is securely packed to prevent leakage during shipping.
  3. After 7Tappi has examined the wine, you will receive feedback via email and a refund of your money.

I am looking for a specific wine. How can I find it?
7Tappi offers a variety of selected wines from Italy. You have the possibility to adjust search filters to sort by winemaker, wine type, or price range.
Is there a minimum order value?
For orders up to 119.99€ the shipping costs are 6.95€ incl. 19 % VAT.
Shipping costs are waived for orders with a value of goods of 120.00€ or more.

Option ``original wooden box``
Especially for collectors, the original packaging, like high-quality wooden boxes, is a beautiful addition to the wine. You can receive the original wooden box for an additional charge for a few of our wines. Which wines are included can be found out by contacting us via the contact form.
Option Click & Collect
7Tappi offers the possibility of on-site wine collection by appointment.
We are located not far from the Friedrichstraße, in Dorotheenstraße 68, 10117 Berlin.
During the ordering process, you can choose between shipping or Click & Collect.
7Tappi will notify you by E-mail about available dates for the distribution of goods.

What payment options are available?
 You can also pay with Paypal. If you wish to inform yourself beforehand, you can find more information on the Shipping & Payment page.
How will I receive my invoice?
7Tappi renounces paper invoices in favor of the environment. You will receive your invoice by E-mail.
I have a voucher code. How can I redeem it?
Our generated voucher codes can be redeemed in the designated field during the order process. The amount will then be adjusted accordingly.

COMPLAINTS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I received a damaged order. How do I deal with it?

How can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or even cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via the contact form.
Our team will bring your request forward, but once the goods have been handed over to DHL, it is no longer possible to stop the shipment. In this case, we will contact you by e-mail to inform you about possible solutions.
How do I contact 7Tappi's customer service?

What happens, if I receive a different vintage than what I ordered?
The vintage displayed on the website may be no longer available.
In that case, we reserve the right to send you the current vintage.

SHIPPING

Is my order insured?
Orders are always insured by the shipping service provider up to a certain worth.
How does 7Tappi ship the items?
7Tappi ships solely with the DHL Paket GmbH.
Note on packaging
7Tappi takes care to pack the goods in DHL-certified cardboard boxes securely. Plastic packaging is not used for the benefit of the environment. In addition, it can be helpful to avoid any waste in packaging material if you order in units of 3, as the conventional cartons contain 1, 3, or 6 bottles.
How long does the delivery time take?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by e-mail after we have placed your order with DHL. The delivery time takes 2-4 working days.
Does 7Tappi also deliver outside of Germany?
On request via the contact form, 7Tappi also ships Europe-wide with DHL. Detailed information on shipping costs can be found here.
What happens if I receive a severely delayed delivery?
The 7Tappi team always tries to meet the delivery time. However, we cannot be responsible for delivery delays caused by DHL. Should a delay occur on the part of 7Tappi, we will inform you by e-mail.
