General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application, definitions of terms

a) These General Terms and Conditions form the contractual basis between the operator of the website www.7tappi.com (hereinafter referred to as “website”) and individuals (hereinafter referred to as “you”).

b) The respective applicable version of the General Terms and Conditions as at the date of concluding the agreement shall be pertinent.

c) Operator of the website and your contractual partner is Sette Tappi GmbH, Neustädtische Kirchstraße 6, 10117 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).

d) The user’s contractual provisions shall not be a component of the contract, insofar as we do not provide express agreement.

e) The offer is not directed at resellers.

2. Formation of the contract

a) The offers on the website are not binding. All offers are valid “while stocks last” unless something else is noted within the product information. Errors remain reserved.

b) The customer can select goods via the shopping cart and send his order via the button “place order”. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy one or several items.

c) The purchase contract is concluded when the customer pays the purchase price in advance. If purchase on account is agreed, the purchase contract is concluded when the supplier sends the goods to the buyer and informs him/her of this (confirmation of dispatch).

3. Reservation of title

All goods remain our property until paid for in full.

4. Price, Shipping, Delivery Restrictions

a) All prices are in Euro and include German Value-Added Tax (if applicable).

b) You will be informed about the shipping costs before submitting the order.

c) We will inform you about the delivery area and delivery restrictions on a separate page before the order process begins.

5. Payments

a) Payment is made using the options of payment indicated on the website.

b) If payment is made by credit card, the credit card account will be charged immediately upon completion of the order. Otherwise, payment of the purchase price is due 14 days after receipt

  1. of the invoice. If the due date of payment is determined by the calendar, the customer is already in default by missing the deadline. If payment in advance has been agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.

6. Notice on the Right of Withdrawal

a) The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

b) This notice is not part of the statutory withdrawal policy.

7. Warranty, Guarantee

a) The statutory right to defects applies.

b) There is only a guarantee (within the meaning of § 443 German Civil Code) for the goods delivered by us if this was expressly given in the order confirmation for the respective article.

8. Liability

The statutory liability law applies.

9. Online dispute resolution platform

The EU commission provides a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. This provides consumers with the opportunity to resolve any disputes connected to their online order out of court in the first instance. The dispute resolution platform can be found here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

a) We process your personal data for a particular purpose, and in accordance with the statutory regulations of the GDPR and BDSG.

11. Final Provisions

a) This contract is subject to the law of the German Federal Republic under exclusion of the UN CISG, insofar as no mandatory regulations conflict with this.

b) The contractual Language is English, insofar as no mandatory regulations conflict with this.

c) The user can view and print the current terms and conditions on the website. We do not safe the text of the contract.
