Our shipping packages are clearly labeled to indicate that delivery to persons under 18 years of age is not permitted. Furthermore, as part of the delivery process by our shipping partner DHL, an age verification is conducted in compliance with youth protection regulations.

Through the additional service of DHL Identity Check, we ensure that only the customer themselves or an authorized adult designated by the customer can receive the delivery of goods. Please note that if you are not of legal age, you will not be granted access to our ordering system.
