Nocellara del Belice is an unfiltered olive oil with a green color and lemon-yellow reflections.
The oil has a slightly bitter, somewhat spicy, and long-lasting taste. Fruity and delicate on the nose, green tomatoes, almonds, artichokes, and citrus fruits are also perceptible.

Nocellara del Belice
For several generations, this cultivar has been used by the Vivera family to produce olive oil. Unlike the Tonda Iblea olive groves, these olive trees grow at 400 meters above sea level in Corleone. The meticulous care taken in producing this olive oil results in rich and complex aromas.
