Etna Bianco has a straw-yellow color. It is fresh and juicy with persistent palatability.
Aroma-wise, a hint of iodine combines with fruity notes of peach, passion fruit, fresh citrus, anise scents, and lastly with delicate sulfurous notes in the nose.

Etna Bianco
To produce the Etna Bianco, the autochthonous grape variety Carricante is cultivated in Linguaglossa, north and at the foot of Mount Etna, at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level. After a meticulous grape selection manually, the grapes are de-stemmed and softly pressed without oxygen.
The fermentation occurs under a controlled temperature of 14-16 °C for a few weeks.
After the maturation process, the wine is racked and rests inside a stainless-steel tank on fine lees for another five months before the wine finally gets bottled.
